Fitbody Squad provides online fitness coaching services with qualified personal trainer Matthew Squadrito. Matt truly believes in a holistic approach to health and fitness and works with clients to reach their fitness goals by improving lifestyle choices.

The service is more than just a list of exercises, reps and sets for you to punch out each day. It is personally receiving the help you need to reach your desired fitness related goals.

- 28 day (4 week) custom exercise program
- Basic nutritional advice in accordance with Australian Dietary Guidelines
- Open communication with your fitness coach via the Trainerize app

- Access to instructional exercise videos explaining how to perform exercises correctly
- A plan to reach your goals and work through obstacles
- Accountability
- Motivation and support
- Free access to Trainerize app
- Your own fitness coach in your pocket, ready and willing to invest his time into helping you reach your goals

HOW DO I APPLY? WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

STEP 1
Have a good look through the website, have a read, be open for changes.
 


STEP 2
GET IN TOUCH - Send through a message with your basic details and let us know what your fitness goals are AND what you expect, and what you are looking for in a personal trainer/fitness coaching services.

STEP 3

If there is availability, and I think we may be a good fit, you will be notified of your selection and your journey with Fitbody Squad can begin! Congratulations!
You will be sent an email with payment details and some forms to complete (pre-exercise health screening*)

 

Due to the nature of the service, there are limited positions available. If there is no availability to take on new clients, we will let you know and you will be placed on a waiting list if you wish.

*Please note, your health and safety is our priority so you will need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness-Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before we can create a program for you.The result of this questionnaire may require you to be cleared by a medical practitioner prior to undertaking physical exercise with us. Don't stress, this is normal practice that every trainer requires and we will do our best to make this nice and easy for you.


STEP 4
Once payment has been received and you have completed the pre-exercise health screening, you will need to complete a lifestyle questionnaire form. This is a series of questions for you to answer so we can learn all there is to know about you, so we can provide you with the best service for your needs.


STEP 5
We compile your information and create a program for you. We set you up with your program on the Trainerize app which you will need to download onto your mobile phone.
